Troubleshoot Internet Problems
  1. Are your network and password correct? (Wi-Fi network and password on fridge)
  2. Have you rebooted the Wi-Fi router?
  3. Call Internet Lightspeed at 604-482-1190 to reboot and troubleshoot the Cable Modem.
Fuse Blown or Power Outage?

1. Ask the Caretaker to check the Fuse Box. If a fuse is blown as shown below, switch it off first and then switch it back on. 

2. Check BC Hydro Outage Map.

 

Water Emergency?

1. Call Advantage Property Management at 604.858.7368.

2. We are strata LMS375 and Unit 210. Tell them where the water leak is. Have them send an all-hours plumber to fix it immediately. They are responsible for turning off the water. Please do everything you can to minimize the water damage as soon as possible.

3. Notify the Owner as soon as possible after you’ve called APM.
