Ask the Caretaker for help over Signal

  1. Are your network and password correct? (Wi-Fi network and password on fridge)
  2. Have you rebooted the Wi-Fi router?
  3. Call Internet Lightspeed at 604-482-1190 to reboot and troubleshoot the Cable Modem.

1. Ask the Caretaker to check the Fuse Box. If a fuse is blown as shown below, switch it off first and then switch it back on.

 

2. Check BC Hydro Outage Map.

 

1. Call Accent Property Management at 250.542.1533.

2. We are strata KAS 1695 and Unit 31. Tell them where the water leak is. Have them send an all-hours plumber to fix it immediately. If they can’t, they are responsible for turning off the water. If the leak is coming from our own water supply, there is a shut off in the crawlspace through the closet to the left of the stairs (aligned with the front door). Going through that access hatch, you turn right after the first structural post and it is near the end on your right hand side. They are responsible for sending someone to turn off our water so if you damage or break the water shut off, you’re responsible for it, but please do everything you can to minimize the water damage as soon as possible.

3. Notify the Owner as soon as possible after you’ve called APM
